For the past 10 days, I had the absolute pleasure For the past 10 days, I had the absolute pleasure working again with The Revolution as their guitar and bass tech. My goal for each show is to get the guitars as stable as possible before the show so the artists do not have to put energy into keeping their guitars in tune. I stretch the crap out of the strings until they don’t drift in pitch when I yank on them. I lube the saddles and nut sometimes as well. I love listening intently to the guitars through the show to see if they are holding their tuning. I LOVE so much when they don’t need to be tuned in a set, or at least barely. An in tune guitar and no broken strings after a show make me feel like I did a good job.
